Peter K. Nkata - Co-Founder, Managing director

Born in Northern Malawi, Mr Peter. K. Nkata is a chartered engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He has extensive experience in construction, engineering and business, working for multiple international institutions between 1978 and the 1990s including the Kenya Government Ministry of Works in Nairobi, Shell Oil in Durban, South Africa, and Unilever in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, the United Kingdom and Malawi

Mr Nkata later became Country Contact Manager for the Chartered Institute of Mechanical Engineers in Malawi as well as joining membership a number of professional bodies in Malawi, including the Rotary Club. Mr Nkata has been Managing Director of Beehive Centre for Social Enterprise since it began in 2007.
